Single Point Lubricators Type M
The Pulsarlube M electromechanical automatic grease lubricator is primarily designed to compensate the performance of conventional gas type automatic grease lubricator. It also offers superior advantages in cost competitiveness and user friendliness. The Pulsarlube M consists of a vertical self-priming pump, microprocessor control system, and large LCD display. This product is ideal for applications where: considerable back pressure in lube line exists, a precise lubrication is required, or a disposable gas type lubricator is not economical.
Single Point Lubricators Type S
The innovative Pulsarlube S has a unique and scientific design which has solved many chronic issues of traditional spring type lubricators. Having the ingenious design that contains a spring at the bottom, the Pulsarlube S dramatically diminishes the problem of oil separation. The upward piston movement prevents the possibility of oil dripping due to gravity and also maintains the consistency of lubricant, which in turn reduces the possibility of grease hardening and allows the lubricator to completely empty out its contents. This product is a cost-effective choice for most light- duty industrial applications.
Single Point Lubricators Type ML500
The Pulsarlube ML500, newly developed automatic grease lubricator, is primarily designed to ensure reliable lubrication of larger bearings (i.e. >102mm (4″) O.D) commonly found in industries such as mining, cement, and steel. As a common 125 or 250cc SPL unit does not have sufficient volume of lubricants required for larger bearings, the Pulsarlube ML500 can meet the volume requirement specified by a bearing or equipment manufacturer. The lubricant is supplied in 500cc per each replaceable grease pack along with a Pulsarlube battery pack.
Single Point Lubricators Type OL
The Pulsarlube OL500 oil lubricator consists of the main body with a vertical self-priming pump controlled by the microprocessor, a 500cc oil reservoir, and a battery pack. This product has the ability to precisely deliver very small amounts of lubricant with selectable intermittent dispensing cycle. The volume of output is adjustable from 0.70cc to 33.4cc/day, equivalent to the service period of Half month to 24months for the 500cc oil reservoir. It is available with up to 4 feeds by using optional installation kits. NOTE The Pulsarlube OL500 is a reusable unit but the battery pack must be replaced when each dispensing period set is complete.
Single Point Lubricators Type EX
The Pulsarlube EX electromechanical automatic grease lubricator is UL, ATEX certified. It is primarily designed to meet the following requirements: UL79, Power-Operated pumps for Petroleum dispensing products, 8th Edition ANSI/ISA-12.12.01-2000, Nonincendive electrical equipment for use in Class I and II, Division 2 and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 Hazardous locations. The circuits and parts of the Pulsarlube EX are designed based on the energy limitation concept by adopting a non-sparking, explosion-proof structure that keeps an electrical device from sparking an explosive gas whether it is working under normal or certain abnormal condition.
