Our different types of dual line systems are used in the heavy industrie. Sugar factories, steel mills, cement plants. This systems allows to feet up to 1000 lube points with only one pump. The pump feeds the dual line dividers via two lines that are alternately pressurized. A reverser is needed to change from one line to the other.

Drum Pump
Compressed air operated barrel pump primarily used in progressive systems. Our drum pump with built-in grease return pipe can also be used in Dual-Line systems.

The Dual-Line drum pump is a reliable and powerful high-performance pump. It also offers outstanding properties to make the control and monitoring of a lubrication system as simple as possible. Further advantages are a long service life and a minimum of consumption residue.

Central lubrication pump Type Heavy Lube D,P

The electric piston pump is primary used in dual-line lubrication systems. It also offers outstanding operating and monitoring features of the lubrication System.

Switching Device
The switching device is used as a differential pressure switch for Dual-Line systems. There is an impulse to control or / and monitoring the system at a pressure difference of 50 bar.
